Usually I run by Starbucks on the way to work and have a venti white mocha, 8 pump, no whip with a slow cooked ham sandwich. I'm trying to cut down on that, because while it used to only be a couple days a week it started becoming a daily thing.

Mostly cutting down on the sandwich. Delicious but it's playing havoc with my high metabolism.

Gonna have a small bowl of Cheerios after I finish typing this.
